Sign in securely with Google

Begin by signing in using your Google account through our secure Google Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication. There are no passwords to remember or manage. Your Google account verifies your identity securely, allowing you to access KanisaManager with enterprise-grade authentication while keeping your account protected.

Your basic profile information including your name, email address, and profile picture is securely retrieved from Google to create your account. We never access your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, or any other personal information beyond what is required for authentication.

Create your church

After signing in for the first time, you'll be guided through creating your church profile. Enter your church name, denomination, physical location, contact details, leadership information, and other basic details that identify your congregation.

The account used during registration automatically becomes the Administrator for that church. This role has full control over the platform, including managing subscriptions, activating staff accounts, assigning permissions, and configuring church settings.

Every church operates inside its own secure workspace, ensuring that your member records, financial data, attendance, and communications remain completely isolated from every other church using the platform.

Invite your leadership team

Once your church has been created, you can invite pastors, church secretaries, finance officers, ministry leaders, and other staff members to join your workspace.

Each staff member signs in using their own Google account and is assigned a role based on their responsibilities. KanisaManager uses Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), ensuring every user only sees the information they are authorized to access.

For example, finance officers can manage offerings and financial reports, secretaries can update member records and attendance, while pastors and administrators maintain complete oversight of church operations.

Manage your church from one platform

After setup is complete, KanisaManager becomes the central hub for your church's daily operations. Manage member profiles, family relationships, ministries, fellowship groups, and church departments from a single dashboard.

Record attendance during every service, capture communicant numbers, monitor church growth, record tithes, offerings, donations, and expenses, then generate detailed financial and attendance reports for leadership meetings, audits, and annual reporting.

Schedule upcoming services, conferences, weddings, baptisms, and special events, while keeping members informed through bulk SMS announcements and notifications. Collect offerings digitally using integrated M-Pesa payments and monitor giving trends through interactive dashboards and analytics.
